Payment Options

**Please call 979-345-4832 to verify your citation can be paid without making a court appearance.**

**Violators under the age of 17 may not make a payment or request a payment agreement without making an appearance in court accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.**

**Paying for a Deferred Disposition online may result as a conviction on your driving record.** 

Due Date

Fines are due in full on the day of sentencing, or on or before the court date listed at the bottom of the citation.

Types of Payment

We accept cash, money orders, cashier’s checks, and credit/debit cards. No personal or attorney checks accepted.  

Payment Methods

• Pay by mail - Enclose the copy of the citation, or the citation number, and payment and mail to:                                  West Columbia Municipal Court

• Pay via Dropbox - You can pay after hours or on weekends, with a money order or cashier’s check, by dropping the payment in the black drop box located to the right of the City Hall building door.
• Pay online - Online Citation Payment.
• Pay by phone - You can pay by credit/debit card by calling 979-345-4832 .

If you do not pay your fine accordingly, a warrant for your arrest will be issued.
